Stella is a very experienced global sustainability & governance expert - 35 years in the international arena, spanning Australia, Europe, USA, China and other parts of the Asia Pacific region.
Global trusted advisor and thought leader in Environment, Climate, Sustainability, Circular Economy, Resource Recovery & Waste Management, CSR, GRI (Global Reporting Initiatives), SDG 2030 (United Nations Sustainability Development Goals), City Liveability, Clean Technology & Innovation. Stella is a Principal Consultant in Sustainability and Climate Change, providing advice to the corporate world, governments, ministers and NGO's across the globe.
Stella is currently on a number of Boards and involved in a broad range of affiliations - expertise gained from past and present advisory roles, such as; The Australian Earth Science and Climate Change Hub Stakeholder Advisory Panel (CSIRO), Local Planning Panels (LPP) for the City of Parramatta and Wollondilly Shire Council.
In addition, amongst many Board and Advisory roles, Stella Whittaker has also been Chair of the GRI Focal Point Australia and a member of the UK Eco-labelling Board as well as the founding member of the European Sustainable Cities and Towns Network.
